Willow Smith shares her new album The 1st

On her 17th birthday, Willow Smith gives us her second album titled The 1st. The album follows last week’s politically-charged single “Romance.” “I’m imagining a different history / Where man and woman stay equal / In the eyes of society,” she sings. On the new 11-track album, Smith showcases her young wisdom, and the growth she’s made in her musicality since her 2015 debut Ardipithecus. Smith’s last project, her Mellifluous EP, released in December, and she'll be touring her new album with Jhene Aiko starting next month.
