In the wake of reports that Meek Mill had been sentenced for two to four years for violating his parole, many have taken to social media to react. Of the notables was Jay-Z, calling the sentence both "unjust and heavy handed."

The post wasn't the first time that the rapper addressed problems in the prison industry. For Father's Day, not only did he bail out fathers but he wrote an open later addressing the "exploiting" bail industry.
