On Monday, supporters in Philadelphia held a rally for Meek Mill, who was sentenced to two to four years in prison for probation violations last Monday and was processed into the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections system on Wednesday.
A large group of protesters gathered outside the Criminal Justice Center in Philadelphia around 5 p.m., carrying signs that read "#JusticeForMeek" and "#FreeMeek Mill." At one point, as captured by Deadspin's Dan McQaude, the crowd began chanting Meek Mill's "Dreams and Nightmares (Intro)."
