Founder of Vine says he’s working on a “follow-up” app

In 2016, the founders of Vine announced that the six-second video sharing app would be shutting down, prompting widespread sadness online. But on Thursday, founder Dom Hofmann announced that, for those who miss Vine, some relief may be on the way.

"I’m going to work on a follow-up to vine,” Hoffman wrote. “I’ve been feeling it myself for some time and have seen a lot of tweets, dms, etc.” He added: "Nothing else to share yet, but more as it develops."
