During the closing moments of Gorillaz's set at Roskilde Fest in Denmark, Del The Funky Homosapien fell off-stage into the crowd. Footage shows Del popping in for his verse on the band's 2001 hit "Clint Eastwood," and while strutting across the stage and accidentally misstepping before disappearing into the crowd.
After the show, Del confirmed that he was okay on Facebook, saying, "Thank you all for the love! I’m doing alright but will be in the hospital for a bit, the care here is outstanding though. Much love to Gorillaz for having me out and I’ll be back soon y'all." The show ended shortly after Del's fall, but according to the setlist posted on the Gorillaz's Instagram, "Clint Eastwood" was the set closer anyways as Billboard points out.
