It's hard to say exactly how much the #InMyFeelings challenge has boosted Drake's latest No. 1 single but let's say it's a lot. The challenge helped secure another big hit for Drake and his latest album Scorpion. It's only right, then, that he thank the man who started the viral dance in the first place. Shiggy, internet comic and star of The Shiggy Show popped up on Drake's Instagram on Tuesday morning with Champagne Papi making his gratitude clear.
"Oh my goodness," Drake said while filming Shiggy at a party in Los Angeles. "Man got me a No. 1 record today. Oh my god!" Posting on his own Story, Shiggy joked that Drake owes him a check. Perhaps he needs to send an invoice.
As reported last week, #InMyFeelings has been tweeted about over 2.5 million times, and Drake himself took part. But please, remember one thing, don't jump out of a car for clout.
