With the final season of Anthony Bourdain's Parts Unknown set to air this fall — just months after Bourdain's tragic suicide — a trailer for the season's first episode was released on Monday, Vulture points out. The episode will reportedly be the only episode with Bourdain fully involved, and will see the host take a trip to Kenya along with fellow network personality W. Kamau Bell.
The brief clip shares footage of Bourdain and Bell roaming Nairobi's busy cityscape, and semi-arid savannas as Bell shares a few words about the late host. “He wasn’t making TV for TV’s sake, he wasn’t job doing a job, this was his life’s work,” Bell says. "That he brings my name into that, I feel a tremendous responsibility to learn the lesson that I learned when I was with him, to deepen the work that I’m doing, and to prove him right to want me to be on an episode of Parts Unknown.”
The final season of Parts Unknown is set to air on September 23. Watch the trailer above.
