On Tuesday, Carly Rae Jepsen teased her rumored new single, "Party For One." In an image posted on her socials, Jepsen sits alone with her cat and a bunch of junk food.

Last year, Jepsen said in an interview that she'd been working with some "experimental" sounds for her next project. The forthcoming single would be her return to solo music since 2015's EMOTION, which won the pop singer a whole new demographic of fans. In December, Charli XCX recruited Jepsen for the excellent "Backseat" off her Pop 2 mixtape.
