Tay-K's trial for the capital murder of Ethan Walker is officially underway in Fort Worth, TX, the Star-Telegram reports. The charges date back to a 2016 robbery that ended in the death of 21-year-old Walker, after the young father was shot in the chest. While awaiting the Walker trial back in March 2017, McIntyre fled house arrest. Additional lawsuits filed since have alleged that McIntyre shot and killed 23-year-old Mark Anthony Saldavir at a San Antonio Chick-Fil-A that April, and assaulted and robbed 65-year-old Owney “Skip” Pepe in Arlington that May. McIntyre was eventually arrested in Elizabeth, New Jersey in July 2017 — less than a week after his viral video "The Race" debuted on YouTube, which depicted him smoking next to his wanted poster.
