Halsey has released new song and video “Clementine,” a the third single from her upcoming third album Manic. Set for release in 2020, Manic will feature Halsey’s number-one single “Without Me” as well as the recently-released “Graveyard.” Manic will be supported by a 2020 world tour supported by Pale Waves. Released on Halsey’s birthday, “Clementine” arrives alongside a video of Halsey and her brother Sevian Frangipane dancing inside an aquarium. “Exactly 25 years ago to this moment I was born,” Halsey wrote on Twitter. “I wanted to celebrate today by sharing a new song called “clementine” and a cute lil video for it that I made with my brother Sevian.
