Rage Against the Machine have pushed back their Public Service Announcement reunion tour with Run The Jewels for the second time. The tour, originally announced in 2019 and set for spring 2020, would have been a five-show southwest run, starting in El Paso, Texas and ending with two headlining performances at that year's Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
Coachella 2020 was cancelled due to COVID, as was Coachella 2021, and today — a week after the festival announced its rageless 2022 lineup — the band confirmed they were delaying their tour once again.
The 2022 Public Service Announcement Tour was previously scheduled as a two-part trip with a spring leg set to start March 31 and run across the western half of North America, followed by a summer leg covering the east. Rather than push back the entire tour, RATM has postponed only its spring, western portion and left the eastern segment unchanged, starting July 9 in East Troy, Wisconsin.
