Another brick-ass March day - another marking of the passing of Biggie. A lot's been said already, but today in a morning meeting a dude brought in a VHS tape of BK's finest rocking a KMEL show in San Fran during the summer of 1995. Even a few minutes of the video was riveting - the crisp clarity of BIG's delivery, the vitality of young Ceas (who looked about 11), the back-and-forth with his DJ, the black girl realness of Total - but we really kinda lost it when the man flowed over "Computer Love" for "Me And My Bitch", just like that, the genius of it all. Cats are bumping the music crazy in the lab today. Selah.
