If anyone ever asked us to pick two artists we haven't been able to put on the cover of The FADER for one reason or another and write a single phrase to summarize, it would probably be the title of this post. No, we do not literally do those things with those dudes, but we have become close enough to their musics that they feel like family, and families are not ashamed to share their drug habits and/or bodily functions. We could tell you stories about Aunt Irene that would blow your mind. There is a point to this: In the above video, Kid Cudi gives an inside look at his day-to-day, and it includes smoking weed, taking shits and writing really awesome verses over Vampire Weekend's "Ottoman," from their NUMBER FREAKING ONE album Contra (oops!).
