The FADER's experience of UK songwriter Primary 1, aka Joe Flory, has so far been exclusively through remixes by a couple of our favorite producers: Joker and L-Vis 1990. But as the new video for his next single, "Princess" (out July 4th on Grow Up/Atlantic), proves he is capable of walking on his own. Plus, he kind of looks like the little brother of infamous footballer Paul "Gazza" Gascoigne and the Glaswegian bully from Rushmore, which adds several bonus points if you're going to sing radio pop. Several more bonus points are added when you enlist UK garage innovator MJ Cole to bring us back to the remix, and he takes one syllable of your vocal and makes it sound like a Formula One race car.
