As a companion to the new issue of The Pop Manifesto, Romy Madley Croft of The XX has turned in a mix of late night music. Heavy on female vocals over slow beats, it's a special kind of woozy. Burial, whose track ends the mix, has once said that he'd like his music to sound like what you listen to very late while playing video games at home after a night out. This mix is essentially the opposite of that, what you put on after a more successful night out leads you to be not alone. Especially if you're in the UK. A nice companion to her bandmate Jamie XX's mix for Colette.
