Erin Wasson showed her fall 2010 collection for RVCA amongst stacks and stacks of luxurious Turkish rugs this past Fashion Week. And with Yeasayer playing the show propped on a few dozen piles, the effect was like a magic carpet ride into Ali Baba's cave, only this time the booty was Wasson's treasure chest of hippie winter whites. The only thing that could have made the moment more perfect, was if Wasson had modeled the entire collection herself—which she does in her new lookbook. We peeped the images on Knight Cat late last night, but it's unclear who did the gorgeous illustrations to go along with them. Needless to say, the artist is probably a RVCA endorsed homie, since the label has a pretty robust lineup in its Artist Network Program.
