Just before he was setting up, Susan Sarandon, part owner of SPiN NYC, the ping pong club where FADER holds a monthly party, came over to talk to our DJ, Andrew Kuo. She said she wanted to take down the tennis photo just above his shoulder and replace it with a mirror. He said, or thought, Holy crap, Susan Sarandon. Unfortunately, she vanished before we started jamming to Burial and the Descendents (dream party!). But we had the cozy room and a private ping pong table to ourselves, and even without famous competition, it's a perfect game. More images after the jump.
