The reunited Strokes are releasing a new album, Angles, on March 22nd and tomorrow they'll make a stream and free download of its first single, "Under Cover of Darkness" available on thestrokes.com. Mayor Bloomberg has declared tomorrow Julian Casablancas Day in the city, every bar has to open at 10AM, allow smoking indoors and you can't get in unless you're wearing a leather jacket and sunglasses.
