BBC Radio1's Zane Lowe premiered a new Fleet Foxes song last night, a denser Granddad's barn stomper than their last Helplessness Blues leak. We don't own a car, but it's songs like this that inspire us to find one, maybe a late ’90s Jetta with a janky cassette-to-iPod cable to drive around and look at trees in. The album comes out May 3rd, but the band is auctioning a double-vinyl test pressing this week on eBay to raise money for Global Giving's Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fund, which is amazing, and also amazing because it lists the record's genre as "1960s."
