So Smoke DZA was branded as yet another weed rapper but, despite its unfortunate almost Cheech & Chong-ish title, his recent Rolling Stoned reveals a more multifaceted emcee. Albeit one who really likes marijuana. "He Has Risen" is just a short burst of classical NY scenery setting, a landscape of day-to-day life in Harlem.
