Bruno Coviello and Shannon Funchess of Light Asylum showed up to play The FADER FORT by FIAT looking like members of a Kenneth Anger leather daddy biker gang, balancing each other's look in matching leathers. Shannon's sparely accessorized outfit provided very little to distract from the intimidating black cowhide. For decades, it's been pictures like this—of badass musicians in badass outfits—that have inspired waves of kids to move to cities and join a band.
