This week, Killer Mike released his album, R.A.P. Music, a collaborative effort between Mike and New York underground rap guard, El-P. But El's work this year hasn't been limited to making beats for Mike. His third full-length, Cancer4Cure, comes out on May 22nd on Fat Possum and a full stream of the album is now available via Rolling Stone. The album includes the gutting track "Tougher Colder Killer" featuring Despot and Mike, as well as guest appearances from Mr. Muthafuckin eXquire, Danny Brown and Nick Diamonds from Islands.
