Just a week after his odd attempt at classical music, Lil B has thankfully return to rapping, releasing the 32-track, 110-minute Water Is D.M.G. Part 1 mixtape—an acronym for drugs, money and gold teeth. The first half of the tape proceeds straightforwardly, including a tribute to Atlanta and his song "Save the Kids" over Sleep ∞ Over's "Romantic Streams," then the second half cannonballs into a looser collection of based freestyles and spoken word tracks, like "Dedication" over Bill Withers’ "Lean on Me," plus a few lost classics from the Myspace days, like "Yes Im Geeked" (formerly called "I Wanna Be Bill Gates") over Arcade Fire's "Neighborhood 3."
