In the new Nick Hooker-directed video for Mykki Blanco’s "My Head is a Stone," released to coincide with a New York Times profile, Blanco sits high and pretty in Manhattan, on a balcony that looks like the one on the Upper East Side where faux-weird fashion blogger Leandra Medine poses for a lot of her outfit-documenting pics. In another scene, also filmed against the sky, Blanco blares over wailed-on drums, like Chris Cornell's furious offspring. Blanco's Mykki Blanco & The Mutant Angels EP is out now via UNO/OHWOW.
