Aside from King Krule, South London's Archy Marshall has a number of lesser-known side projects that sound almost nothing like the music he makes as a singer-songwriter. There's his instrumental hip-hop project DJ JD Sports, and also Edgar The Beatmaker, for which he doubles as a producer and MC. Sometime this morning, he quietly released a mixtape from yet a third project, Sub Luna City, a seeming stoner-rap crew featuring many a worn-sounding jazz sample and charmingly sluggish verse from Marshall and his friends Rago Foot, Jadesea and Black Mack.
