Kanye West was sentenced to two years probation and a day in jail today, after pleading (through his attorney) no contest to a misdemeanor battery charge stemming from his highly publicized run-in with a paparazzi photographer outside LAX July of last year. In addition to probation, West will be required to complete 250 hours of community service and 24 anger management sessions. He must also agreed to steer clear of the photographer, Daniel Ramos -- who was represented by the infamous Gloria Allerd -- and to pay for his damaged equipment and any medical bills he incurred. Looking forward, photographers and anybody else who might be in the general vicinity of Kanye, might first consider Ye's very simple advice for approaching him before doing so: "Never talk."
