October's Very Own signee PARTYNEXTDOOR just announced his upcoming project PARTYNEXTDOOR 2 will hit the streets on July 29th, promising more potent, hazy R&B in the vein of acclaimed debut. On the heels of the announcement, this loose track "Recognize" featuring a verse from OVO bossman Drake trickled up. It's standard fare from the clique: you got niggas, and I got bitches, the singer belts across the chorus--this kind of open-air infidelity dominating the rap/R&B zeitgeist doesn't seem to be receding any time soon. Drake's verse pushes further: Can name a lot of things any other man won't do for you, I'll do it for you--amidst the more questionable Drake headlines that have popped up today, we'll take his word for it.
