Listen to Figgy’s Finessed, Ever-so-Slight Rework of FKA Twigs’ “Two Weeks”

Sometimes remixes don’t need to be complete overhauls. This is definitely the case with Figgy’s just-released remix of FKA Twigs’ “Two Weeks,” off her debut album LP1. The pressure is raised on the original ever so slightly, yet it’s just enough to give it the slight heft it needed to fit easily into a DJ set. With the kick drum switched up to 4/4 and those house claps added toward the end, “Two Weeks” ends up feeling quite at home amongst club mechanics.
