Fresh off of the heels of her much-lauded return to Instagram, Rihanna has graced the cover of ELLE magazine's December issue. Dressed up in couture looks from Dior, Valentino and Schiapparelli, the pop star gave some candid responses to the publication's rapid-fire Q&A. Baiting the big reveal of the cover feature, ELLE offered up a few spicy excerpts that include Rihanna's biggest fears, hangover cures and personal mantra: "FUCK BITCHES, GET MONEY." When quizzed on the three albums that she'd keep on repeat, Rihanna's top picks were a musical grab bag, as varied and random as the pop star's ever-changing look. We're definitely happy to see reggae legend and FADER fave Buju Banton in the mix.
If you had to listen to three albums on repeat, what would they be?
KoL's Only By the Night, Buju Banton's 'Til Shiloh, and Michael Bolton's Greatest Hits (1985–1995). And the Waiting to Exhale soundtrack.
Check out the rest of Rihanna's high fashion editorial here and look out for the full ELLE feature which will be available digitally on November 11th. In case you missed it, watch Rihanna hang out with her musical icon/BFF Michael Bolton here. And for old times' sake, pull up Banton's lead single from 'Til Shiloh "Wanna Be Loved," below.
