The steady outpouring of love and memories for A$AP Yams continues today with an emotional tribute from Long Beach rapper Joey Fatts, whose "Stevie World" memorializes his friend and mentor in song. When times got hard, I hit your phone and we would talk about it/ Now you gone, can't hit your phone, don't think that I can roll without it, he raps, recalling the time Yams put him up at Rocky's house and a particularly memorable trip to London, before letting the song run out with two minutes of silence. See Fatts' tweets from over the weekend and listen to "Stevie World" below.
Yams came and got me out the slums I was sleeping in cars and garages. A nigga can't stop crying.

Yams was the first person to care about what me Vince staples and Aston Matthews had to say. No one else. He believed in us.
