In a newly unearthed letter, Tupac Shakur writes of the ill-fated ONE NATION album that was set to feature collaborations with Outkast, Smiff N Wessun, Buckshot, Scarface, E-40 and more. Written during the midst of his conflict with B.I.G and the East Coast/West Coast conflict that spiraled in its wake, the letter confirms Pac hoped to drop the album in the Summer of 1996. Questlove confirmed the letter's contents via Okayplayer, mentioning that The Roots were approached to collaborate, and Duck Down's Dru Ha confirmed to FADER that material recorded for the album has been released in different forms since Tupac's passing.
