UPDATE 2/18/15 5:27 p.m.: Afroman went on TMZ Live to discuss the incident, simultaneously expressing regret (he's on his way to anger management rehab) and blaming the girl onstage, the latter of which is pretty terrible! Watch it below.
Well, this is a horrible story: TMZ reports that Afroman, of "Because I Got High" fame, was arrested last night in Biloxi, Mississippi for punching a woman in the face during a performance—and there's really no "allegedly" to this situation, because there's video above of him hitting the woman while he's playing guitar on stage, and continuing to perform after he does so. Pretty despicable.
Afroman was booked on assault charges after cops stopped the performance and escorted him offstage; he was released late Tuesday night after paying a $330 bond.
