Man, this is pretty much the exact opposite of the Kanye West performance of "All Day" that's currently lighting up the internet: Madonna was just performing at the BRIT Awards, and at one point she attempted to remove a long gown-like cape trailing her and fell straight down a flight of stairs. It looks pretty rough! Hope she's okay.
Update 2/25/15: Good news, she seems alright.
