Cyril Hahn is gearing up for the release of a new EP entitled Begin, which will find the Vancouver-based producer and remix virtuoso exploring new territory. Its four tracks will feature contributions from Say Lou Lou, Kotomi, and Yumi Zouma. "Last," a fizzy, spaced-out and gently titillating collab with electro-polymath Joel Ford, is a first taste of what's to come.
"I'm really excited about 'Last' cause it's the first time I did a collaboration not only in terms of guest vocals but also in terms of the instrumental itself," Hahn told The FADER. "I am kind of a control freak, so the idea of not doing everything on my own was a bit frightening at first, but as soon as Joel and I started working on the track, everything flowed really naturally."
