Norwegian musician Kari Jahnsen, who makes rustic indie-pop as Farao, is scheduled to release her debut project Till It's All Forgotten on September 11 via Arts and Crafts (US) and Full Time Hobby (UK/EU). To mark this announcement, she is sharing new song "Bodies" on The FADER today.
A tense, trombone-laced march led by Jahnsen's gentle urging that There's no one here, and there's nothing wrong, "Bodies" is "about surrendering to bad decisions and consciously going down the wrong path," she told The FADER. "It’s about how inappropriate feelings have a way of growing way bigger than the appropriate ones." If you like what you hear, pre-order Till It's All Forgotten here (US) or here (UK/EU).
