Rihanna’s BET Awards Cash-Throw Was Staged

There was a great moment at last night’s BET Awards—one of the 17 greatest moments, in fact—when a frustrated-looking Rihanna hurled a stack of cash at Stephen Hill (BET's President of Programming) in disgust and walked away. It was great television, and like many such moments, it was also staged. Billboard confirmed that today after speaking with representatives from BET.
