Andre 3000 has been taking his time delivering new music, and the reason for that is now more apparent. He's been focusing on acting. Fresh off playing Jimi Hendrix in Jimi: All Is by My Side, the rapper and one-half of OutKast is co-starring in the second season of American Crime.
