Young Thug’s Slime Season Is Here

Earlier today, Young Thug took to Instagram to announce the impending—as in same day—release of his latest tape Slime Season. The mixtape was originally slated for release on July 4th, the same day Lil Wayne's Free Weezy Mixtape dropped. The two have had a particularly contentious relationship as Thug's most recent album, Barter 6 was a rather elaborate troll on Wayne's forever in limbo Carter 6.

In true Young Thug fashion, Slime Season includes a Lil Wayne feature. The track "Take Kare" originally surfaced last year, before the rappers' (sort of) feud began. Download the full mixtape here and stream it below.
