Sia Shares “Alive,” Originally Written For Adele

Sia returned today with a new track titled "Alive." According to Billboard, the singer co-wrote the track with Tobias Jesso Jr. and Adele for the next Adele album. Despite the co-writers, it's a classic Sia track that marches steadily towards a soaring chorus and a self-affirming hook: I'm still breathing.

"Alive" will appear on the singer/songwriter's next full-length, This Is Acting. All the tracks on the album were originally penned for other artists. Here's why Sia is changing the pop landscape.
