Beyoncé shared footage today from a dance practice that took place before last week's Tidal X: 1020 concert. In the clip, Beyoncé and Nicki Minaj work on a turn-and-face stare-down that occurred during their performance of "Feeling Myself." Bey's instructions are simple: "Ice grill me as long as you can. Let's have a contest."
