In recent months, Clique TV has made a concerted effort to document vital voices in the rap scene, unveiling interviews with Young Thug, Travis Scott, and Future. Recently Fetty Wap met up with Clique to chat about his songwriting and recording process, his love of Gucci Mane, and his hometown of Paterson, NJ.
"I've done a lot of work," the MC noted. "A lot of people say that I came up overnight. People don't know I was out here pushing 'Trap Queen' for two years straight... if two years is overnight, that's a long-ass night. It's all up to you. If you wanna stay where you're at, stay where you're at. If you want to push forward, you'll push forward. That's what I did."
