Chance The Rapper has been hospitalized, according to a report from Billboard. Chance was scheduled to play a benefit concert for the Robin Hood Foundation tonight in New York City, an anti-poverty organization. The charity has announced that Anderson. Paak, Joey Bada$$, and Mark Ronson will be performing at the benefit concert in place of Chance The Rapper.
A representative for Chance The Rapper was not immediately available for comment.
