Today, Adult Karate —a.k.a. K.C. Maloney, one-half of the Los Angeles synthpop duo Radar Cult — ushers in summer vibes with the premiere of his new single "So Low," off his forthcoming debut solo EP LXII.

"So Low" features a care-free, breezy hook, and a hypnotic duet with the Toronto-based singer, Adaline. It blends the traditional acid-house sounds we've come to expect from Maloney's with the cheerful, upbeat elements of a summer jingle.

In an email to The FADER, Maloney described how this collaboration came about. "The music came together pretty quickly," he wrote. "I wanted it to have a summery feel with some classic acid house overtones. I was lucky enough to have the amazingly talented Adaline come over to write and record the fantastic lead vocal. Mixed with my refrain that comes in towards the end, we made it into a little acid house duet."
