Zaytoven has claimed for a second time that Drake and Gucci Mane are working together on a joint project. Gucci's new album Everybody Looking only came out today, July 22, but in a new interview with Pigeons and Planes producer Zaytoven said Guwop already has at least one more release lined up. "It’s in the works right now," he said, explaining that the pair forged the idea in Atlanta in June. "When Drake came over to the house to shoot a video, him and Gucci got to talking about making something. It will be a small EP."
The project also has a working title, something that links Atlanta to Drake's native Toronto. "I think it might be called 6’ers. You know, because Gucci is from Zone 6 and Drake is from Toronto, the 6." Zaytoven first spoke about the potential project with XXL. The producer released his own mixtape, Where Would The Game Be Without Me, earlier this week.
