With the 2016 Video Music Awards taking place later this month, MTV has announced new editions to the event's lineup, including Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj. The stars will reunite to perform Grande's "Side To Side" from her 2016 Dangerous Woman album.

MTV also announced that comedian Jay Pharaoh and DJ Khaled will serve as main show commentators for the awards show. Sean “Diddy” Combs, Alicia Keys, Ansel Elgort, Bebe Rexha, Fifth Harmony, Jaden Smith, Kim Kardashian West, and more will be onsite at the VMAs to present some of the night's biggest awards.
The 2016 MTV VMAs will air live from New York's Madison Square Garden on Sunday, August 28 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT.
