After wrapping up 17 European dates on her Formation World Tour, Beyoncé is getting ready to begin the final leg of her expansive concert series. However, the tour - which was supposed to resume on September 7 in East Rutherford, New Jersey - has been pushed back as a result of doctor-ordered vocal rest, according to a statement on the MetLife Stadium official website.
The press release says that the New Jersey show has been rescheduled and will now take place on October 7, where tickets for the original show will still be valid. "There are no changes to any additional dates at this time and performances in St. Louis, Los Angeles, Santa Clara, Houston, New Orleans, Atlanta, Philadelphia & Nashville are expected to proceed as scheduled," The statement continues. "Live Nation and Parkwood Entertainment apologize for any inconvenience."
A representative for Beyoncé was not immediately available for comment.
