One of the highlights of Halloween in 2016 is watching celebrities dress up as each other while hoping nobody else turns up to your party in the same Eleven from Stranger Things costume as you. This weekend timelines lit up with brilliant outfits from people paying homage to their musical idols past and present. The undeniable winners were these three women who channeled Chili, T-Boz, and Lisa Left Eye Lopes for an immaculate TLC look. They even made a video.
