Vince Staples Is Getting His Own Beats 1 Radio Show

Vince Staples will be hosting a new monthly radio show entitled “S E A (Section Eight Arthouse) Broadcast System.” Staples made the announcement during his fill-in set for Zane Lowe this afternoon. The first episode of the show will premiere on Sunday at 6 p.m. EST and future episodes will air on the third Thursday of every month at the same time.

“S E A B S” will be a “pirate radio-style broadcast full of music and interviews curated by Vince and designated to illuminate and distract the mind,” according to a press release for the show. Watch the trailer for Vince Staples's Beats 1 show below.
