In tonight's OVO Sound Radio episode, host Oliver El-Khatib will start with a standard set, and Jordan Ullman from electronic duo Majid Jordan, will share a guest mix. Episode 36 starts at 6pm EST/3pm PST. Tune in now to Apple Music Beats 1 Radio to listen.
El-Khatib confirmed that this episode would not be a More Life episode. However, he did mention that the Drake playlist is coming soon without giving a specific release date. During his set, El-Khatib premiered a new "Stamina" remix by Big Lean featuring PARTYNEXTDOOR which you can listen to now through OVO's Youtube.
In the second half of the show, Jordan Ullman shared his guest mix which was an eclectic mix of electronica and hip-hop, and at one point smoothly transitioning Daft Punk into Drake. Finally, El-Khatib closed the episode with Roy Wood$' new EP "Nocturnal."
All in all, it was a pretty low-key episode; there weren't any new Majid Jordan tracks premiered in this episode as we were hoping, but Ullman's mix is still worth a listen.
