Kanye West is premiering his fifth Yeezy collection on Wednesday afternoon in New York City. This year's show will be held at Pier 59 Studios. Last year's collection debuted at Roosevelt Island. Responding to controversy about the show last year, West said, "When you the LeBron and you don’t bring home that ring, it’s your fault." This year seems to be a scaled back a bit. For one, the show will not be streamed in theaters across the country, as it has been in years past. The FADER has also learned there will be no livestream of the show via TIDAL.
This post will be updated throughout the event as information becomes available.
The invites for Wednesday's show went out on Tuesday on green sweatshirts.
